Zach Regenstein serves as a Senior Associate at Secure, where he supports the firm’s investment activities across acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management. In this role, Zach is actively involved in sourcing, underwriting, and executing transactions, with a particular focus on disposition execution and asset-level analysis across the firm’s owned portfolio.

Working closely with senior members of the investment and asset management teams, Zach plays an integral role in underwriting investment opportunities, preparing disposition materials, coordinating transaction processes, and supporting ongoing portfolio oversight.

Prior to joining Secure, Zach served as a Senior Associate at a New York City–based investment advisory firm, where he underwrote more than $250 million of retail and industrial investment opportunities. Zach holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management and resides in New York City.
