Matthew Maniscalco serves as the Assistant Controller at Secure, where he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounting and financial operations across its investment portfolio. In this role, Matt manages cash flows, financial reporting, and transaction-related accounting, while working closely with lenders, investors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payments, interest accruals, and investor distributions.

Matt plays a key role in supporting the firm’s financing and investment activities by coordinating with third-party service providers, monitoring compliance with lender requirements, and maintaining the integrity of Secure’s financial processes.
