Kris Sanderson serves as Principal and Managing Director of Secure, where she leads the firm’s national acquisitions strategy. Since joining Secure Properties in 2026, Kris has been responsible for sourcing and executing investments nationwide, partnering with operators, sponsors, landlords, and transaction advisors across retail, service, medical office, and industrial property types.

Kris brings deep industry expertise across development, acquisitions, portfolio growth, and capital markets. Throughout her career, she has been directly involved in more than $2 billion of real estate transactions and has built an extensive national network of operators, capital partners, brokers, and institutional stakeholders.

Prior to joining Secure Properties, Kris served as Senior Managing Director at STORE Capital, where she led an acquisitions team focused on providing growth capital to middle-market companies across twenty states and more than 160 clients. She previously held leadership roles at Crosland Southeast and McNeel Properties.

Kris holds a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
