Kevin Ross serves as Principal of Secure, where he helps oversee all aspects of the firm’s investment activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and financial reporting. Kevin joined Secure in 2020 and plays a key role in the execution and ongoing management of the firm’s investment platform.

During his tenure at Secure, Kevin has managed more than $1.5 billion of net-lease acquisitions, financings, and development projects across the firm’s portfolio. His responsibilities span transaction execution, capital deployment, asset-level performance, and portfolio-wide reporting and analysis.

Prior to joining Secure, Kevin held investment roles at Mactaggart Family & Partners, where he focused on value-add real estate investments across global markets. Kevin is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and resides in New York, New York.
