Devon Goncalves serves as Closing Manager at Secure, where she oversees transaction execution from engagement through closing and plays a central role in ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless closings across the firm’s investment platform. Devon acts as a primary liaison among internal teams and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, title companies, lenders, and third-party vendors, coordinating all aspects of the closing process.

Since joining Secure in 2022, Devon has been instrumental in managing the firm’s due diligence and closing workflows, maintaining transaction momentum, and ensuring consistency and execution discipline across a growing volume of acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to joining Secure, Devon worked at Ackerman Law PLLC, where she managed real estate transactions and maintained client relationships. Devon holds a bachelor’s degree from CUNY Queens College and resides in Smithtown, New York.
